Terms and Conditions

• The minimum donation is $25 NZ for an area of 60 square cm’s.and the maximum donation is what ever you want, but dependant on what area is still available on the boat at the time
• The ‘Support Crew Package Options’ page outlines in detail what each donor will get for their financial donation
• The opportunity to display your business logo is only available to donors who contribute $100 or more
• The chance to win a sail on Epiphany is available to $100 or more donations only. The date and place of the sailing will be set Oceans of Hope. It will be during the pre-race training period and not during any race times. The opportunity is not exchangeable for cash or any other opportunity
• The word ‘Image’ used in the points below, refers to the name or the business logo that is provided by the donor in exchange for financial donation
• When you donate to Epiphany you will not 'own' any part of the boat, but rather you are granted the right to submit your name or business logo which will then be printed on Epiphany on the respective structure you have paid for
• You cannot change the image once you have supplied it
• The will be on the boat to a maximum date of July 2011
• If wear and tear seriously affects the images during that time, they will be replaced at no cost to the donor
• Once your image is accepted and published on the boat, you cannot get a refund
• All donors names will be published on the Oceans of Hope Foundation website. You can decline if you wish
• No obscene/offensive/images will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for the boat. If you submit an image that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your space
• If you want to provide your business logo it must be supplied in JPEG format
• You must have the authority to provide the image you submit
• Funds must be received and cleared before your image is accepted and printed
